With more than 20 years in private club management, Eric has led a period of significant strategic investment and organizational growth at Hampton Hall since joining the Club in 2023. His leadership includes the $6.6 million Main Clubhouse enhancement, Master Amenities Plan and Golf Practice Facilities Enhancement. A CCM and CMCA, Eric has held leadership roles with CMAA and was selected to speak at the 2026 Golf Inc. Strategies Summit on member experience.

Hampton Hall continually evaluates how members live, play and connect, responding with thoughtful improvements that keep the Club experience relevant and engaging. In just the past four years, the Club has completed significant enhancements across golf, court sports, dining and recreation—along with countless smaller improvements that collectively make a meaningful difference in the member experience.

  • Pete Dye Golf Course Restoration — preserving the course's architectural character while enhancing playability, conditioning and infrastructure.
  • Six Pickleball Courts — responding to extraordinary growth in one of the Club's most popular recreational and social activities
  • Four Clay Bocce Courts — expanding opportunities for casual recreation and member connection.
  • Tennis Court Resurfacing — continued investment in the quality of Hampton Hall's court sports facilities.
  • Golf Shop Renovation & Pete's Grill Refresh — modernizing two important member gathering and service spaces.
  • Playground & Shade Enhancements — supporting an increasingly multigenerational Club experience.

Hampton Hall’s $6.6 million Main Clubhouse enhancement is thoughtfully reimagining the heart of the Club, with refreshed dining, gathering and social spaces, an enhanced kitchen to support culinary operations and member service, and a dedicated employee breakroom designed with our team in mind.
